Life of Pi Ep.6: A dryer that plays Beethoven's 5th
Satisfying sounds at the laundromat: a dryer, a sneaker and Beethoven's 5th. This is an echoPi video. echoPi is an EDC fidget slider and pocketable instrument: its clicks are real physical stops you can set up in the app, and every click can play a note. Turn the sound off and it becomes a quiet fidget for the office. echoPi is in development.

Late night at the laundromat, a sneaker tumbling in the dryer bangs out da-da-da-DUM. Pi sits on the next washer and presses its head in time: G G G E-flat, F F F D. The washer underneath joins with a bubbly bass, the next one beeps the harmony, and by the last phrase the whole row is hopping. Then the dryer finishes its cycle.
