Life of Pi Ep.66: He nodded to every note. He wasn't listening.
A musical fidget slider plays along with a roommate's late-night typing, thinking it's a duet, until the headphones come out. This is an echoPi video. echoPi is an EDC fidget slider and pocketable instrument: its clicks are real physical stops you can set up in the app, and every click can play a note. Turn the sound off and it becomes a quiet fidget for the office. echoPi is in development.

A duet for one
Late at night, his roommate is typing, and Pi starts playing along: a click of his lid and a note in time with the keys. Then the roommate starts nodding along, and Pi thinks they are playing a duet. Faster and bigger, all the way to one huge Enter. Then the headphones come out of the hood, and they are playing a completely different song. The roommate turns around and signals to keep it down. Pi pushes one more note by reflex, then holds his lid down while the typing starts again.
