Life of Pi Ep.35: His roommate snores like a tuba. So Pi gave him a band.
A fidget slider with sound turns a roommate's tuba snore into a band, one drum fill at a time. This is an echoPi video. echoPi is an EDC fidget slider and pocketable instrument: its clicks are real physical stops you can set up in the app, and every click can play a note. Turn the sound off and it becomes a quiet fidget for the office. echoPi is in development.

His roommate snores like a tuba.
Every snore lands on beat one, and Pi fills the gaps with drums from his slider on the top bunk. Then he adds a melody and stands up to play. Then the roommate rolls over, and the next snore never comes. Pi plays one soft note, then another, and his roommate smiles in his sleep and snores right back on cue. They play until dawn.
